You seem to be talking about an update of your Shibboleth v2 to v3 IdP
(as we have nothing version three-ish in CAT)?

eduroam CAT uses the eduroam SP proxy for authentication means, which
uses the eduPersonTargetedID attribute to identify users.

Maybe your update of the SAML software led to a change in calculation of
eduPersonTargetedIDs? In that case: different ID = different user.

Please either re-configure your IdP to deliver the old attribute values
again, or ask your NRO to send you a new invitation token so you re-gain
access to your institution.
