Hi Claire,
Did you select the correct University. Your screenshot shows Royal Northern College of Music. I am guessing that you should select University of Manchester instead.

Dear CAT team,
I have been trying to download the programme in order to get Eduroam on my phone (IPhone 5s) however it never works and I’ve been trying everything on the page.
My iPhone is now upgraded to IOS 8.
I am sending you a screenshot of when I try to download the programme.
I hope you can help.
