Hello David,

Actually, service requires your IdP to release attribute 
'urn:oid:1.3.6.1.4.1.5923.1.1.1.10' (friendly name or how do you call it 
internally is irrelevant).
As soon as your IdP starts relesing attribute 
'urn:oid:1.3.6.1.4.1.5923.1.1.1.10', you should be able to access 
eduroam CAT service.
