you need to contact IT support at your organisation - they can ensure that you
are trying to log in with correct details (username format, realm , password
to use etc) - your certificate install might be correct (you need to ensure
that
the correct CA/intermediates are installed) - but the problem might be
elsewhere.

eduroamCAT Windows 10 installer wont work as you are running Windows 10
mobile - a different
beast.
