Hello,
My name is Taniel Goetcherian, iam address: goeta654.iam.education.lu.
My school recently updated the system, so on my phone I needed to download the eduroam CAT application before being able to apply the new profile.
Whilst following the steps, I was told that the application needed me to add a security measure to my phone's lock screen (i.e. pattern, pin, or password) in order for eduroam CAT to be able to apply the new profile.
I went ahead and added a simple pattern lock in order for the setup to proceed. Now however, when I try to remove the lock again from my phone's settings menu, the "swipe" option (no lock screen security) is disabled, with the explanation that it had been "disabled by the administrator, encryption policy, or credential storage" (see attached screenshot).
Would it be possible to update your software, so it does not force me to have a security lock?
Regards,
Taniel
