Hi,

 

This is a known bug I am afraid, which is the result in the android API ability to remove user-generate Wi-Fi profiles.

 

The app hangs as you already have a user generated profile installed, and the app can no longer remove it for you.

 

If you manually remove the profile, then run the app, you should be ok.

 

We will be pushing a fixed app to beta soon.

Hello,

 

While trying to install an eduroam Profile, the App hangs up after entering Username and Password.

APP Version  1.1.8

 

Android Version 6.0.1

Tested on Nexus 6 & 9
