Maybe you changed your source of authentication over time (like:
previously Google, now an institutional login via eduGAIN)?

Or maybe your user identifier has changed within the institutional login
(change of the eduPersonTargetedId identifier)?

Regardless the cause, the correct procedure is to get in touch with your
eduroam National Roaming Operator (NRO) and make them send you a new
invitation for your institution.
