Well, if your university does not make use of CAT, then here on
cat-users, we can't help you really :-)

Maybe one hint: your username is probably not "vladimir" - it is
probably valdimir@somerealm (where somerealm depends on your university).

Other than that, you first need to convince the eduroam administrators
of UOC to sign up to eduroam CAT - and at that point, you will be able
to make use of the installer for Android 5.
