Well, we did upgrade the CAT toolset, but this does not have anything to
do with the actual *connection*. Potential issues would only hit you if
downloading the configuration profile from the CAT website.

I understand you did not do that since the upgrade, it is only the
actual login that stopped working? In that case, you need to contact
your Identity Provider's IT helpdesk to debug this further.
