Hello.

I've had some problems getting the configuration script working on my Linux installation. I spent some days figuring this out, so I figured I should pass it along.

My Linux distribution has switched the default Python version from 2.7 to 3.5. This leads to the script's internal python script being called with an incompatible version.

I personally fixed the problem by changing the "python" on line 237 of the install script to "python2".

I used the script for the University of Southern Denmark, in case that has any significance.
