Your message does unfortunately not contain many specifics about your
problem.

Could you let us know which Identity Provider you are from? Simply
telling us the part of your username that comes after the "@" is enough
for that.

Then, did you use the configuration profiles from
https://cat.eduroam.org or if you are from Germany, the corresponding
clone at dfn.de?
