I have just checked the inst ownership database, and there is noone with
the identifier "" in the system. Which is good :-)

I can't tell what happened; but contemplate that this must have happened
very near to our upgrade timeslot from 1.1 to 1.1.1. Maybe you just
consumed the token and logged in in a very unlucky moment?

I suggest you ask for a new invitation token and log in with it again.
