Hi Djordje,
Yes there is.
You need the root certificate of the CA who issued the server certificate of your institutions radius server.
This CA root certificate must be installed on the device.
Your home institution should provide it in .crt-format as a file link on a web page. When you click the link to the file choose to open the file (opposed to saving the file). Notice the name of the certificate. Confirm you want to install the certificate. It is now saved to the certificate store.
Now you configure Wi-Fi.
If by now ‘eduroam’ is among known networks, delete it.
Add a new network using the plus-button. Name the network ‘eduroam’.
In the section Confirmation of server certificate choose ‘certificate authority’ and you should be able to select the certificate by name.
