Good afternoon,

I had a user try to download eduroam through the configuration assistant tool and he was not able to download for Windows 7 as it says "this device cannot be configured with settings provided by your institution"

We tried on Firefox at first and then on Internet Explorer and it gives the same response for any browser.

Is there something wrong with Windows 7 version of CAT for LBNL or is this something else?
