This is really stange.
Just to be sure, can you run it as:
bash eduroam-linux-Tulane_University.sh

Still
The error seems to show that your zenity does not understand the options.
could you run zenity --version and let me know what you get?

You can run the without graphics. To do that:

unset DISPLAY
bash eduroam-linux-Tulane_University.sh

This should allow you to install everything.
