That's "funny". I was regularly testing this on a Samsung Glaxay S4 -
initially with Android 5.0, now Android 5.1.

"The Internet" displays the download page just fine for me right now.

Maybe this has to do with rendering and form factor? Is it a tablet size
device? It would be helpful to know which device exactly this is...

Well, Firefox is usually a good idea for browsing; but he may
subsequently have issues getting the .eap-config file imported into the
CAT app. "The Internet" is a bit better in recognising the MIME type of
files, and handing it off to the right application.
