Hi,


I'm a student of University of Manchester (UOM). Recently I got disconnected from Eduroam while using my laptop in the library and after trying to reconnect it says I can't connect to the network. I had tried a lot of methods to gain the Eduroam access back and till now I can't find any method to fix this issue. 


For your information, my laptop is running on Windows 8.1 Pro. I had no problem connecting to Eduroam since last September, but right now this error cost me a lot in terms of doing my assignment. With here I attached the screenshot of my problems.


Hopefully, there is a quick fix for my troubles.
