Hi Arthur,
I think the problem comes from your Terms of Use. You  use single quotes which are not the normal ASCII quotes, I think that we break down on them. Could you try to modify that and see if this helps?

Still having issues but only with Windows downloads, Apple Linux and Android are all fine. I’ll check if it’s something with the config.

I am trying to download from https://cat.eduroam.org/admin/overview_installers.php?inst_id=55&profile_id=61 and the links to download are getting 404’s. Any help would be good.

Hm, I just downloaded my own institution's profiles both from the user download page and the admin fine-tuning page - with no errors at all.

It's strange that we received two such notifications within 2 minutes. Maybe there was a short glitch on the host? Could you try to download again, and let us know whether the issue persists?
