Hi Carlos,

Any issue we've ever had with Windows 8.1 and eduroam has always come down to the network card drivers, updating them to the manufacture's latest driver is definitely a worthwhile step to ensure you dodge that issue.

This list is in English. My school Spanish tells me that... you have
used CAT installers for Windows 8.1 64 Bit very often and it usually
works, but now there is one client which does not work, and "something"
is incompatible? Then you uninstalled the incompatible software, and it
still didn't work?

Could you provide some more detail about what's different on that
specific system? Any special software installed? Do you see a specific
telling error message?
