Please change the interface language from English to French and see of this helps.
It could be that you have not defined the names in the DEFAULT language and this why they do not show in English.

the administrator interface shows several institutions name with "0" value in France federation
(screenshot attached), "Centre Universitaire Jean-François Champollion, Albi" could be one of 
them.
