Hello,I was wondering if it was possible to utilize the CAT tool to help
deploy WPAD. We are looking into deploying proxy configs via DHCP and
DNS, but these methods require the user to enable "Auto Proxy
Discovery" on OSX. Is it possible for the CAT tool to flip this bit
for OSX?
Looks like Windows 8.1 does this by default.
This feature was requested earlier on the list, and at least for Mac and
iOS will be part of the version 1.1 feature set. The current beta does
not do it yet, please stay tuned for the RC (the feature was buggy in
beta1).
As far as Windows and Linux are concerned, I will leave the answer to
Tomasz Wolniewicz.
Greetings,
Stefan Winter
