Hi Dylan,
There must be an error in the helpdesk URL that you have entered into the database. The URL can be set up on two levels: IdP-wide settings and Profile settings. The profile settings override the IdP settings, so possibly the error is on the profile level.

Since you only have one profile I suggest deleting the Pofile level setting for the helpdesk and just leave the IdP level one.
If this is not a problem, then please let me know off-list

It was reported to me this morning by our service desk that a link on our CAT  page didn’t work. Here is the page: https://cat.eduroam.org/?idp=484 and the link that is not working is under the line “If you encounter problems, then you can obtain direct assistance from you home organisation at:” The link is www.cumbria.ac.uk/eduroam.

 

When I click the link I get a 404 Not Found, when I look at the url it is sending me to I can see that it’s incorrect https://cat.eduroam.org/www.cumbria.ac.uk/eduroam. It should be www.cumbria.ac.uk/eduroam.

 

I’ve tried deleting the url and relisting it from the ldP-wide settings, but to not effect. Is there anyone who can help me out with this, as I obviously can’t change the webpage code.
