These things just keep popping up. There is not much that we can do 
about them as indeed they are false positives.
It may be that the only good solution for the future will be a single 
installer being fed with customised configuration files. This way the 
installer being used over and over again by the large community would 
get enough reputation to be treated as safe by all tests. This, probably 
unavoidable,  would be a major rebuild of the current approach.
