remove profile, reset phone. if you reset but still have a weird profile
you'll have problems.

the other thing is depending on your wireless...theres PLENTY of known Apple
bugs with
eg CAC/WMM etc on wireless systems. if you have those things around then
you'll find
a number of Apple devices running > IOS 5 have issues. its almost like Apple
dont
understand enterprise wifi.....
