Hello,

the code to produce these in UI was simple and straightforward, so I've
added this to the stable branch. See the self-explanatory screenshot for
how your federation overview is going to look like soon :-) If you're
curious: the screenshot is from the test DB's alternate reality, not
live data.

For people who want to pull this data regularly to feed it into MRTG or
so, it might make sense to add an API call to get them by a cron of your
choice instead of scraping an HTML page - is that something that people
see as useful?

This could equally make it to 1.0.4; much of the same code, only the
HTML tags become XML ones :-)
