The user has sent a more detailed error report offline. He is using OS X
10.8.5. I updated the test machine to that level, and installed both
profiles successfully, both when having no other connectivity, and when
behind a "captive portal" hijacker.

I did the limited connectivity tests because his error dumps showed that
the profile installation hung while checking an OCSP status - I thought
that maybe the OS is a bit stupid and won't continue until it gets an
OCSP response, even if it's not online.

Turns out that this was not the case, everything went smooth.

Since I can't reproduce the problem at this point, I'll have to conclude
that this is a classic WORKSFORME.
