Tom,

we use eduGAIN MDS (mds.edugain.org) as metadata feed and refresh our 
metadata each 15 minutes.

I've just manually checked mds.edugain.org and could not find FIEDE's IdP.

Please check with your federation operator and eduGAIN OT (responsible for 
MDS) if there are problems on their side.
