Hello,

we have just packaged up release 1.0.3 of CAT. It is not installed on
cat.eduroam.org yet, but that will follow soon. We have planned the
update for Monday morning.

There are a number of bugfixes and some (small) new features in this
release. Since some of the bugs were already applied as "hotfixes" on
cat.eduroam.org, there is little surprise in this release.

The most visible new feature is a new language: Basque (Euskara) is
now fully translated and available. A big Thank You to all the Basque
translators!

One under-the-hood change is that we've worked on a remote IdP
creation API for federation admins - a feature you've been asking for
for a long time. The API is now fully implemented (you can set *any*
property of the new IdP immediately), and is documented here:

Note that this feature is less tested than the rest of CAT.

We have also had some headache with supporting Windows clients who
have the (broken) "Symantec Endpoint Protection" product installed.
Thanks to Tomasz's hard work, and highly appreciated help from Julien
Cabessut of Université Toulouse 2 Le Mirail, who provided a testing
environment, we now have a workaround.
It requires mild amounts of user interaction during install time, but
it is the best we can do for these cases.
