Actually, CAT installer normally ask users for username and password and 
saves them and then the first connection will just run without any 
additional prompt. There are, however some exceptions.

The user will be prompted for credentials during login (and not during 
installation) only in the following cases:

EAP-TTLS-PAP:
Apple devices - both iOS and MAN OS
Windows 8
